General urban plan of Loutraki - Perachora

This study aims to create a general urban plan for Loutraki - Perachora, that will replace the previous one (2002). The study initiated back in 2010 by the municipality and was awarded to our firm in June 2018. Our firm, in collaboration with the municipality, had the plan approved by the decentralized administration in just under 4 months. Finally, the plan was published in 2022 (GG 139/D/2022).
