The purpose of the consultancy is to investigate the existing status of Fleves island and to assess its development capabilities.
The purpose of the consultancy is to investigate the existing status of Fleves island and to assess its development capabilities. Data from forestry, environmental and archaeological agencies were collected. One of the objectives of the consultancy was its declassification as a Naval Fortress.
