The purpose of this study is to design the temporary traffic measures required to deal with peak traffic conditions during students’ arrival and departure.
Peak traffic conditions around the hours of students’ arrival and departure cause severe traffic jams. The purpose of the study is to suggest temporary traffic measures in order to minimize the effects of the two daily traffic jams.
